Building muscle takes time and effort and is completely different than burning fat, but they can be done at the same time. If you are on the right diet and working out regularly, then you will loose body fat and gain muscle. All you have to have is time and commitment in order to reach this goal. It is very obtainable. Building muscle is eating the right amount of carbs and protein and workout out with a regular routine. Muscle doesn't just come overnight, you have to stick to your routine and make it harder and harder when it starts to get easy.
